History
- The 'Online'
element of Partnerships Online goes back to
1995, when I started a project which grew into
UK
Communities Online.
Partnerships Online is now developing the 'how
to' complement to UKCO's campaigning and
networking programme, and other projects showing
how new media technology can benefit
communities.

- The emphasis on
partnership goes back 20 years, when I left
journalism to try and build consensus for action
in urban and rural regeneration, rather than
write about the conflicts involved.
