Story
The project runs workshops (B) and establishes a resource centre (A). A local arts project (C) based at the centre (A) takes the rich community history as the first project (C). Activists (D) exert leadership to ensure community economic growth, and work with media to put the community news online (E). Gradually, all residents take advantage of free email (F).

Story
People have skills that can be capitalized upon. We hold demonstrations at fairs, summer sales, to start showing potential and familiarizing people with possibilities. Early adopters provide leadership for defining initial opportunities to pursue, what training to offer and when, and how to engage the people.
This group 1. chose cards, 2. drew a diagram to show the relationship, and 3. the steps.
