There are nine community aims cards, providing suggested goals that the community may have in improving its scenario. During the game players are dealt two. The cards are:

  • Promote awareness of the local environment
  • Raise awarness of community's strenghts and successes
  • Increase employment opportunities for local people
  • Raise the level of marketable skills within the community
  • Keep young people off the streets and out of trouble
  • Increase effectivbeness of civic organisations
  • Need for more information on community facilities and council services
  • Increase local intertrading to strengthen the local economy
  • Empower local people
