The Manifesto
for Local Online Communities proposes
development of 'pathfinder projects' that would explore and
demonstrate aspects of local
centres and communities channels.
These pathfinder projects could be be existing initiatives that have already developed one aspect of a centre or online community, or projects developed as part of the Policy Action Team 15 programme.
